Buying Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products from AMTCircle Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”) through our website or online channels. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Ordering
Orders can be placed via our website or approved online channels. Once you click “Pay Now” or submit your purchase request, we will send you a quotation via email and/or text message. The quotation will include:
Product details
Total amount payable
Payment instructions
A unique reference number for your payment
You are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct before making payment.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in WST unless stated otherwise. Prices include GST/VAT where applicable but exclude shipping costs unless specified. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing before confirming your order. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
3. Payment
We currently accept Mobile Wallet payments. Payments must be made using the reference number provided in your quotation. You are responsible for any fees or charges applied by your payment provider. Your order will only be processed once your payment has cleared in our account.
4. Payment Confirmation & Processing
After payment is received and verified, we will confirm your order by email or SMS. Orders will not be shipped until payment is confirmed. If payment is not received within 5 days of the quotation date, the order may be cancelled.
5. Incorrect or Delayed Payments
Payments made without the correct reference number may cause delays. If the payment amount does not match the quotation, your order will be placed on hold until the correct amount is received. We are not liable for delays caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or incorrect payment details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping will commence only after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery times will be provided but may vary due to courier delays or customs processing. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before payment is confirmed. Once payment is confirmed, cancellations are not guaranteed and will be handled in line with our Refund & Returns Policy. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 working days. We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind after shipment
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Delays outside our control
8. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability at the time of order confirmation. If a product becomes unavailable after payment, you will be offered:
A replacement product, or
A full refund
9. Fraud Prevention
All payments are subject to verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity or misuse.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, or any costs arising from delays or delivery issues beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties will attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the relevant legal jurisdiction in Samoa.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.
